A thousand miles…

Well, not quite a thousand.

The next case is a cat called Ashley, who despite being an indoor only cat decided to liberate herself through a window that someone left open at her home in Glan Conwy, Wales. The story went viral because despite her family managing to get most of their village looking for her, Ashley was nowhere to be found. Until, that is, a week or so later they get an extremely unexpected call. A lady in Tillbury, 279 miles away, called Ashleys family to say that she’d been found in a garage and handed in.

The general thought on how Ashley made this epic journey is that she stowed away in a vehicle, but no-one is quite sure how.

Regardless, Ashley is home safely now and hopefully her wandering days are over.
