Cat Nights Begin…
Today is Black Cat Appreciation Day. Coincidentally, (or not, it’s possibly related and some savvy marketing people picked up on it) it’s also the date Cat Nights Begin. This is apparently an obscure Irish legend pertaining to witches changing their form from human to feline, and getting stuck in cat form if they take the form nine times.
